The Winter Edit 2022
Winter — it feels colder, it feels darker and it feels slower, but it's probably the time of year we turn to our kitchens most and it's a good thing that the seasonal produce around now is still so vibrant and full of colour. Bright red blood oranges, deep earthy beetroot, verdant brassicas and the first of the pinkest rhubarb.
Our winter edit has got a selection of recipes to take you through to the end of March, making the most of what's in season right now. We’ve also got some year-round staples for when you just want to use some tins from your pantry, and of course… colder weather means more baking, so plenty of sweetness to keep you going over the first few months of the year.
