Sesame
We love these tiny little black and white seeds for their deep, earthy and nutty flavour. Like nuts, their fairly neutral flavour profile makes them great in both sweet and savoury dishes. Roll your cookie dough in them before baking or sprinkle over your salads for a little crunch. You can work the sesame flavour into your dishes with some tahini too, which is just sesame seeds ground down into a paste.
