We offer one flat shipping rate to ensure that your parcel is tracked and prioritised in any mail strikes:

Please note that these delivery times are from the day your product is dispatched, and you will receive an email from us once it's on its way. We endeavour to send your package out within 2-3 days of receiving your order.

If you need something faster or by a specific date, or have any questions about your order, please don't hesitate to drop us a note to hello@anotherpantry.co.uk and we'll do our very best to accommodate.

At the moment we are only able to offer deliveries to the UK. If you'd like to send an order internationally, please drop us a note and we can quote you for shipping for this.

Returns
We currently don't offer returns on the products sold on our online shop, however if your product arrives faulty or damaged, we will make sure to put it right.

Please email hello@anotherpantry.co.uk within 14 days of your order arriving, along with a photo of the damage, for a full refund or replacement.
