Flora and her bakery Aran have put her little hometown of Dunkeld on the map. Based in Perthshire in the Scottish Highlands, Flora’s simple, beautiful and seasonal sweet & savoury bakes line Aran’s glass cabinets and wooden countertops, giving local residents & travellers delicious sourdough bread and treats.

You may remember Flora from back when she was a contestant on Bake Off in 2014, but since then she has published two cookbooks — Gatherings in 2016, and ARAN in 2019 — with her third book Supper on the way soon. In 2020, Flora also opened her speciality grocery store Lòn just next door to Aran, stocking some of the UK’s best and most loved independent food producers and makers.
