Using CBD in food is ever more popular, but did you realise we can cook with it? Dressing and desserts are easy placed to use this potent calming ingredient, as I do here in this herby Chimichurri dressing.
1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
1 bunch coriander, finely chopped
1 shallot, fine dice
2 springs fresh mint
1 tbsp hot sauce, preferably fermented
200ml olive oil
¼ cup apple cider
2-3 pipettes CBD
1 clove of garlic, crushed
One lemon, zest only
1 tsp honey
½ tsp sea salt
Simply mix all of the ingredients together and leave to rest for five minutes before using.
Store in the fridge for up to one week in a jar or container.
