CBD Chimichurri

Using CBD in food is ever more popular, but did you realise we can cook with it? Dressing and desserts are easy placed to use this potent calming ingredient, as I do here in this herby Chimichurri dressing.


1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
1 bunch coriander, finely chopped
1 shallot, fine dice
2 springs fresh mint
1 tbsp hot sauce, preferably fermented
200ml olive oil


¼ cup apple cider
2-3 pipettes CBD
1 clove of garlic, crushed
One lemon, zest only
1 tsp honey
½ tsp sea salt


  1. Simply mix all of the ingredients together and leave to rest for five minutes before using.

  2. Store in the fridge for up to one week in a jar or container.
