Hattie Arnold is a London based food stylist, recipe writer and tester.
After studying for the Professional Cookery and Wine diploma at Leiths and undertaking a series of stagiaires, Hattie went on to work as a pastry chef at Petersham Nurseries Café in Richmond. There she developed a love for fresh, seasonal and sustainable food that was focused around the Slow Food ethos.
Hattie then moved into food styling and recipe writing, working on the food styling teams for a variety of projects including cookbooks, various food publications, advertorial campaigns and large-scale commercials. She has developed and written recipes for several publishers and magazines, across an array of cuisines.
