Winter
Winter is a funny one. It's half filled with the festive season and all the wonderful foods we get to eat at that time of year, and as soon as January hits things just seem a little more grey. There is however so much incredible, colourful and vibrant produce around now — beetroot, citrus, forced rhubarb. The food we eat around now can make such a difference to how we feel.
