Zahter is the first London restaurant by acclaimed Turkish chef Esra Muslu. With beautiful Turkish-inspired interiors, an incredible wood-fired oven to bake bread and soft cheeses made just downstairs in the house kitchen, the ground floor of the restaurant offers counter dining at an open kitchen and cosy, side-by-side window seating, with larger tables on the second floor.

An established chef and restaurateur, Esra has opened four successful sites in Istanbul and was previously head chef at Ottolenghi Spitalfields before a recent successful residency at rotating restaurant Carousel. Her first solo London restaurant, found just off Carnaby Street, showcases traditional Turkish flavours and techniques in her beautiful home-style dishes. The breakfast is one not to miss.
