After attending Ballymaloe Cookery School in 2019, Xanthe moved home to North Wales from London and begun working for her families businesses: The Good Life SocietyHawarden Estate Farm Shop, and Glen Dye Cabins & Cottages as Food & Food Sustainability Director. Alongside this, Xanthe runs supper clubs in London and around the UK and has worked with brands such as TimeOut, Abel & Cole, Minor Figures and many others.

She has become known for using bright, seasonal produce and sharing her knowledge and tips on growing your own fruit, veg and herbs as she does in her own garden. Her recipes use the best of what’s available are are simply, easy and exactly the kind of thing you want to eat.
