Tara Wigley has been a part of the Ottolenghi family for over a decade, working on some of his most loved cookbooks including Plenty More, Nopi, SWEET and Simple. Most recently in 2020, she co-authored Sami Tamimi’s Falastin, an homage to his homeland. With a career working in publishing, she then moved into recipe development & testing for the Ottolenghi team.
