Ravneet Gill is one of the UK’s most exciting pastry chefs right now. She has worked in restaurants all over London – most notably, St. JOHN, Llewelyn’s, Black Axe Mangal and Wild by Tart.

In May 2018 she set up an organisation called Countertalk; a platform designed to help connect chefs, provide education and promote healthy work environments in the hospitality industry. She is a baking columnist for The Telegraph and contributes regularly to The Guardian’s FEAST supplement.

In 2020, Ravneet published her first cookbook The Pastry Chef’s Guide and was soon after confirmed as the new judge on Channel 4’s ‘Great British Junior Bake Off’ television series.
